The role of Mothers in every individual’s life cannot be underestimated.They care, even when it’s not comfortable. They make sacrifices, even when we don’t appreciate. They love, without expecting us to reciprocate.
However, there are some who do not experience these mother care directly from their biological mothers. They rely on charity care and help from the society, which FASI has as part of our objectives- to give back to the society.
Recently, the Ministry of Women Affairs, Nasarawa State received FASI Executive Members at an orphanage home, to commemoration the Mother’s Day celebration.
In a bid to extend mothers’ care and show love to children in the society and to also encourage them, FASI visited an orphanage home in the state with gift items, and to also encourage them by talking and playing with them.
According to the team lead, the role of Mothers cannot be underestimated and by extension they help to build a nation. She said further, “at FASI, it is part of our objectives to give gifts and share our love to children in charity homes, to make them feel they have the society to count on when in need of care.”
